I am a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Land Development, Real Estate, Engineering and Construction. My experience at Bourn Partners, Miromar Development, Vornado Realty Trust and Pennoni Engineering over the past 7 years in Real Estate Development has provided me a perfect background for any task. In these roles I have had the opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge base in Real Estate transactions, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, Retail Mall Construction, Big Box Construction, Detailed Tenant Improvements and Retail Design and Land Planning.
From the first day I began working on Land development design projects, I have consistently realized my objective of providing every single project my undivided attention. Striving to complete every project within the allotted timeframe and to determine the best possible way to proceed has always been in the forefront of every project that I start.
