Managed and directed payment of subcontract payables from $10 to $20 million monthly and compliance of subcontract files with billings, bonds, insurance coverage, releases, contract claims and disputes, change orders and certified payrolls.
$15 million in project delays and disruption claims successfully collected by personally managing pursuit, negotiation, settlement and litigation of all disputes.
Managed and directed administration, management, and litigation related to company-wide safety program, and renewal of all insurance requirements, including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, WRAP and OCIP participation, $100 Million Excess Coverage, Employee Benefits, Inland Marine, Employment Practices, and Pollution Liability.

Real Estate Management/ Development/Project Manager (1996 - 2008)
Concurrent role representing Robert L. Mendenhall and Las Vegas Paving Company, as buyers and sellers, in $200 million of real estate transactions involving land acreage and other properties.
Spearheaded $120 million project for design, development, and construction of The Cannery Hotel and Casino, with 50,000 SF casino, 200 hotel rooms, 1,500 space parking garage, 14 screen theatre complex, 4 restaurants, 2 bars, sports book, and entertainment venue.
Facilitated gaming license to ensure on time opening of The Cannery Hotel & Casino in January 2003.
Controlled $13 million budget for the on time, within budget development and construction of improvements in the Rampart Casino, a Cannery Casino Resorts leasehold interest within the JR Marriot Hotel, which included a fine dining restaurant, buffet, coffee shop, and executive offices.
Managed more than $200 million in development, sale, leasing, and purchasing of hundreds of acres of real estate of owners personal holdings including 225,000 SF of multi-tenant office warehouse space.
$10 million in returns realized by negotiating with Clark County Commission to include Robert L. Mendenhall as 10% equity owner in new industrial park with initial investment of less than $2 million, which secured dominant position in local heavy highway construction market and enabled purchases of additional park properties of developable land.
$60+ million ROI realized by administering January 2006, sale of Robert L. Mendenhall's interest in Cannery Casino Resorts for $70 million with an initial investment of less than $10 million.
