Mendenhall and Las Vegas Paving Company, as buyers and sellers, in $200 million of real estate transactions involving land acreage and other properties. Spearheaded $120 million project for design, development, and construction of The Cannery Hotel and Casino, with 50,000 SF casino, 200 hotel rooms, 1,500 space parking garage, 14 screen theatre complex, 4 restaurants, 2 bars, sports book, and entertainment venue.
