Established and maintained a successful civil engineering firm for over fourteen years. Working with a variety of clientele developing contracts with, architects, general contractors, developers, landowners, business owners, churches, mosques, school districts, lake improvement districts, city governments and universities. Consistently providing professional services to clientele including; conceptual planning, feasibility studies, cost estimates, plan and specification preparation, project management, and construction observation. Experience and ability to work on a variety of different projects in such areas as; municipal, commercial, industrial, institutional, single family residential and high density townhome projects. The residential projects worked upon include apartment complexes, high density townhomes, single family on urban sized lots and single family on large lot rural projects. As the City Planner for the City of Corcoran, I provided leadership during land use discussions.
