My responsibilities include scheduling, pre-job meetings, inspections, RFI responses, plan reading, daily logs of progress, pictures, safety, quality control and supervision of the construction of Tilt-up buildings and tenant improvements. I also assisted in the installation of sewer, water and reclaimed water for landscaping, stormdrains, site work, street improvements and backbone trenching for Edison, gas, phone and cable. Coordinate with all subs and inspectors to keep job flowing in a timely manner and to meet all scheduled deadlines.

My responsibilities included assisting in the supervision of sewer, water, stormdrain and street improvements for a residential land development project. Assisted with all industrial and tenant improvement construction. This position required subcontractor scheduling and coordinating city inspections. Auto Trader Magazine Ontario, CA 1989 to 1991
I was the Production Manager responsible for the pressroom, Bindery and shipping departments consisting of a total of 67 employees. Duties included making sure weekly deadlines were met. In addition I wrote the SB 198 Safety Program for those departments and made sure Cal Osha was implemented. Also started an employee waste management incentive program that gave employees bonuses for reducing waste percentages.
