Over twenty years of experience as a Project Manager /Estimator
/Superintendent of Commercial and Residential General Construction,
Specializing in Concrete, Masonry, Rebar & Post-Tension, Metal
Buildings, Shotcrete, and Helix piers. Developed a speculative
warehouse subdivision and Custom Metal Buildings; also Churches,
Hospitals, Parking Lot Garages, Government Design built buildings,
Fueling facilities and Hazardous Waste Sites. Supervision of all
phases of construction with most of the trades completed in house. As
a Specialized Concrete Contractor, I focused on Government and
Commercial projects including office, supermarket and industrial
foundations, tilt-ups, pan deck, multi-level, cast in place, onsite
and offsite concrete work, schools, restaurants, and Post-tension
slabs. Im a highly competent person with an excellent safety record.
I have excellent oral and written communication skills and am able to
identify good bid opportunities. I have always been able to negotiate
a deal where others have failed. I have achieved many accomplishments
in many arenas. I can successfully represent you and excel sales goals

estimating programs and certified to work on military bases.
