Management of the Spencers Crossing Community in the French Valley Area of Riverside County from the due diligence through project entitlements. This project consisted of over 1600 single family units with an extensive recreation center, community parks and open space. Coordinated with the County of Riverside and the City of Temecula on the negotiated of a settlement agreement and mitigation plan for the design, funding and construction of major roadway infrastructure improvements. Secure the Specific Plan entitlements and obtaining the Tentative Maps, grading plans approval and resource agency permits. Successfully bulk selling of the property.
Management of the Woods Valley community located in Valley Center, San Diego County, consisted of 270 high-end homes surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, and significant open space. Completion and opening of the Woods Valley Golf Course. Merchant builder sales and relations. Establishment of the Community Facilities District and Habitat Management Plan.
