Coordinated with the County of Riverside and the City of Temecula on the negotiated of a settlement agreement and mitigation plan for the design, funding and construction of major roadway infrastructure improvements.
Secure the Specific Plan entitlements and obtaining the Tentative Maps, grading plans approval and resource agency permits.

Management of the Woods Valley community located in Valley Center, San Diego County, consisted of 270 high-end homes surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, and significant open space.
