West Construction Services, is a company that specializes in custom homes, remodeling & additions as well as commercial build outs in Broward and Lake County , Florida.
My responsibilites at West Construciton Services as construction manager required overseeing the the construction of custom homes, remodeling and or additions and commericial build outs.The projects varied in sizes from 1,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet with budgets up to 5 million dollars. The scope of work included but was not limited to guiding the customers ( homeowners) from the start of the project to the completion of the project in a timely ,efficient and professional manner. This also included working with finanacial institutions on budgets, payment schedules and funding inspections. Coordination and scheduling of sub contractors were followed up by job site visits that were done on a daily basis or as needed to check the progress of the work and supervise the trades on site. Meeting with building officials for required inspections were scheduled as needed.
