Serve as instructor at Granite's Tinaja Hills Equipment training in partnership with Caterpillar, Inc.
Developed and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
Oversaw and directed fleet analysis to ensure the appropriate mix of available equipment for operations to include grading, asphalt paving, slip form paving, concrete structures and underground.
Ensure necessary resources, tools, equipment and materials are available.
