oSupervise, coordinate, review and inspect Capital Improvement Program (CIP) ($30 Million Bond Issue) project activities (design, plan preparation, contract administration, construction inspection, etc.).

oCompile and review critical documents, such as; Zoning Code, Site Plans, PUDs, Variances, Certificates of Occupancy, and Building Permits, for use in determining the zoning compliance of large scale commercial properties in order to determine financial risk for lenders.
oCommunicate and collaborate with local government representatives to discern interpretations and applications of Zoning and Building Codes as they apply to specific properties.
oCompose and refine zoning reports for the purpose of providing comfort to national lending firms for the compliance of the properties for which they are considering financing.

oSenior administrative staff member for Commissioner of the largest county in Oklahoma (660,000+ population, 1,600+ employees, $125 Million annual budget).
oSpecial Projects Manager at district maintenance facility with authority over 35 FTEs.
oCollaborated in team effort to bring multiple firsts to Oklahoma County, (e.g.; strategic plan, human resources department, performance audits, an updated master plan for land development for the first time since 1949, and an economic development committee).
oLiaison for Commissioner to entities that include: state legislature, state agencies, statewide association of counties (ACCO), sub-state planning district (ACOG), district wide cities and towns, chambers of commerce, and social services providers.
