SUMMARY:For over 30 years, Mr. Bertram has worked on a wide range of Maintenance, Material Control, Safety and Planning engagements in the Steel, Aluminum and Hospitality Industries with hands on experience and training in safety management, mechanical, electrical and facilities maintenance . He has worked in a broad array of industries including: Industrial Metal Production, Military & Federal Government; and Hotels & Hospitality. In addition, Mr. Bertram has developed a broad working knowledge of business processes within Enterprise Asset & Material Management, Maintenance Management, Supply Chain and Labor Management. His current focus is on the implementation of Computer Maintenance Management Systems utilizing IBMs Maximo and inputting data into all modules to form a complete work plan, including safety plans,materials and labor. Mr Bertram has been in the contracting business for the past 3 years and has served in Afghanistan, Iraq and the U.S. as an IBM Maximo Business consultant and work supervisor. EXPERIENCE:Arrow Solutions/CHS Refinery, Laurel, Montana July 2009 October 2009 Contract Supporting IT in creating training Materials, Application Designer, Data scrubbing and work management for Ibm Maximo v6. Responsibilities include: Creating Power Point presentations, video computer base training modules and Application Designer modifications. Also, basic experience using Actuate 8 report writer (ERDPro). Cmms of Maintenance Operations in an Oil Refinery, setting schedules, tracking maintenance activities and work using MRO Maximo v6.2. Fluor Government Group (December 2008 to April 2009) Afghanistan Contract Served as Work Control Supervisor on a Forward Operating Base and Mechanical Superintendant. Implamented the Ibm Maximo cmms program for asset and labor tracking. Responsibilities included: Supervising data control, establishing routes and Preventative Maintenance Plans, scheduling work for equipment repair and or replacement, developing reports and managing labor.
Service Employees International Inc, (November 2007 to November 2008) Iraq Contract Supervised foreign nationals in the installation and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment on an operating base in Iraq. Maintained the Steam System (cmms) for input of data collection on equipment and billable work. Tracked employees work using Maximo as a backup to the companies cmms.
Southeast Steel Framing, LLC Mobile, Al (October 2006 to March 2007) Facilities Manager (Contract) Supervised hourly employees, managed shipping/receiving, electrical, mechanical repair, maintained the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) faciliworks 7 and 8i and directed the implementation and creation of the companies Safety program, written and computer based presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and camtasia software. Worked with subcontractors on plant renovation and scheduled planning on new machinery installations.
