-Procured the equipment and completed the installation of that same equipment to automate numerous private trucking companies fueling facilities that Jacobus Energy was managing
-Worked with architects, engineers, contractors and local regulators during the design and construction of the automated fueling facilities
-Supervised a staff of fifteen maintenance and operations personnel who were responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the companys facilities, as well as the fuel inventory at all of the automated fueling facilities and bulk plants
-Worked with the companys owners, insurance carriers, federal, state and local government officials in the implementation of plans to meet the phase-in of the 1988 Underground Storage Tank regulations
-Designed all construction details and wiring diagrams to make installations more consistent to assist in trouble-shooting
-Provided technical assistance for the maintenance technicians and service contractors
-Negotiated bulk purchasing agreements with equipment manufacturers, fuel haulers and additive suppliers in order to acquire equipment at a lower cost, reduce hauling rates and per gallon costs
