I am seeking a position that requires experience and knowledge in land development, infrastructure design and construction, marketing and sales. I am presently completing my most recent venture as 33% owner and project developer of The Ranch Golf Club and Sunnyside Ranch Estates. The golf course is rated one of the best in the northeast and the 54 homes surrounding it sold in the $750 thousand to $1 million dollar range.
My responsibilities included infrastructure design review, state and local permitting, financing, construction supervision, budgeting and home architectural review. I am a licensed real estate agent and participate in marketing and sales of the Estates. My strong belief in being fully aware of what goes on daily on site during construction avoids expensive mistakes.
My previous lives include many other construction supervision assignments, coaching baseball and participating in community affairs. I am 45 years old and in excellent health.
