Oversaw layout, prefabrication, and installation of over 20 plumbing, H.V.A.C., and electrical jobs, ranging in value from $2,000 to over $10MM in various settings such as public schools, retirement homes, municipal, pharmaceutical, prisons, government, and strip malls. Facilitated project budget, assessed manpower needs, and oversaw paperwork completion. Coordinated with other trades to ensure proper timing of pipe and equipment installation. Maintained logs and documentation to justify contract differences. Communicated with customers to maximize customer satisfaction for current and possible future work. Made repairs and renovations on plumbing, electrical, H.V.A.C., boilers, and sheet metal equipment on 5 company-owned buildings.
