Responsibilities include coordinating the start with existing plant facilities, check-out of pumps, blowers, and other major equipment, programming and troubleshooting the PLCs. 2007 2009 ADR & ASSOCIATES Newark, OH Construction Manager $5.5 mil MBR waste water plant expansion. Project included new concrete tanks, GE/Zenon MBR equipment, 3 story pre cast operations building and office, demo and rehab of existing plant tanks and equipment 2002 2007 H R GRAY Columbus, OH Construction Manager Bliss Run Relief Sewer Phases 1 and 2. Installed 8 x -12 box concrete box culvert, precast and cast-in-place through affluent neighborhoods in Bexley, Ohio. Responsible for day to day coordination between the construction and residents and public utilities, Construction Manager Project S56 at the Southerly Waste Water Treatment Plant. Designed oversaw the installation of intricate free forms to comply with the flow models for a high velocity, high volume 260 mgd pumping facility. Coordinated with all trades to insure box outs, wall pipes and sleeves were installed and placement was correct. Worked with reinforcing sub-contractor to sequence steel placement with future pours. 2000 2002 KOKOSING CONSTRUCTION Fredericktown, OH Construction Superintendent and Senior Scheduler. Started-up 4 high capacity pump stations and closed out the 4 stations. Scheduled all projects for Kokosing treatment plant and highway divisions. Worked with the City of Columbus on a pilot maintenance/ PM contract for the Southerly and Jackson Pike Treatment plants, planning, value engineering, coordinating and implementing emergency repairs and planned preventative maintenance routines at both plants. 1984 2000 SVERDRUP CIVIL Maryland Heights, MO Project Manager Headed the build side of a design/build team constructing a 15,000 long by 200 wide cross wind runway for the United States Air Force Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK. Headed the build side of a design/build team constructing new double pass reverse osmosis boiler feed water system for coal fired and nuclear power plants for the TVA IN Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. The Project included the installation and start-up of new state of the art GE/Glegg equipment and subsequent equipment Construction Manager Managed the construction of the $208 mil waste water treatment plant expansion at the Southerly Waste Water Treatment Plant in Columbus, Ohio and subsequent FY 88 project at the Jackson Pike WWTP. Responsible for coordination between multiple prime contracts, site safety, project schedule, Owner/Contractor coordination, change order estimating, negotiations and approval. 1982 1984 DUGAN & MEYERS Cincinnati, OH Project Engineer Developed an impact schedule depicting a $17.5 mil claim against the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority for a completed project. Project had no CPM schedule so this had to be developed then the impacts of over 1000 change orders were imputed. Developed a document retrievable system for every piece of correspondence exchanged on the project. Result was a favorable decision during a lengthy court trial. Project Superintendent Responsible for construction of the new 7 story Capitol South Parking Facility in Columbus, Ohio, the largest post tensioned micro silica concrete structure the United States. Project had over 44,000 cy of 8000 psi and micro silica concrete. Performed take-offs, ordered and procured the reinforcing steel and post tension tendons. Kept weekly job costs reports for the main office. Estimated and was awarded the contract to build a new 2 story office addition and computer room complete with a halone fire suppression system, UPS power supply and raised access flooring for the Kobacker Company. Responsible for job cost coding, job costs reporting, material procurement, sub contractor selection and issuance of sub contract agreements. 1979 1982 PROGRESSIVE CONTRACT Reynoldsburg, OH Owner/CEO Responsible for all day to day activates of a site development company. Projects were completed for both the public and private sector. Work included water, storm and sanitary main installations, roadway construction and small to medium sized treatment plant work. Estimated, procured and purchased all material, equipment and manpower for each project.
