Skill Set:

In U.S. Army I was an administrative Specialist. I focused on typing, filing, clerical duties. I have an Associates Degree in Business Finance from North Central State College. However, I have many more credits needed for an Associates Degree due to my 2 years at University of Toledo.

From my first job at Sunrise (a farming Cooperative), I focused on building a Sale Program by prospecting, cold calling, creating forms and reports necessary to organize the sales cycle. I grew the petroleum department by 28% and increased propane customers significantly. This was my summer job in college and then after graduation.

At my second job, MPW Construction Services, I started as a sale rep but left as the Vice President. I grew the company from 6 million dollars in sales/yr to 23 million sales/yr. I captured National Accounts and worked through all pricing & estimate issues. I created all processes, cycles, structure necessary to support those sales. Created Sales and Marketing budgets, assisted my sales guys with necessary support. Created and monitored team meetings. Performed all estimate & management duties. Prior to hiring our controller, I was the controller Pro Temp. I created the first budgets for the company, used financial ratios, ROI Calculations, forecast, sales projections, expense reports and relative financial functions.

Job 3 of my career, I was the Vice President at Caruso Cabinets. In a nut shell, I helped manage all areas of the company. Established lines of credit, negotiated purchases, established financial statements, assisted the CEO in all areas as needed. I Worked with Corporate Attorney & Accountant weekly or as needed. I was head hunted by the owner to bring stability, growth, management and presence to the firm. As you can see, I have not moved around very much in my career because I do believe in loyalty.

I am a self-started and need very little supervision. I am goal oriented and seek results. Most importantly, I am honorable, I keep my word and I a humble leader. I am looking to put my talents to work for a company that seeks a hard worker; that shares my desire to bring discipline and honor to the work place by treating our customers with respect, trust and dignity. I follow orders yet can connect the dots myself without being told. I
