Specialty Labs was the largest esoteric lab in California and merged with Ameripath, a national pathology group in 2006. Was sold to Quest Diagnostics in April 2007.
Directed all construction, building & biomedical maintenance and safety activities. Subsets included all vendor management and purchasing functions for the dept.
oDeveloped and implemented a FAR form (facilities action request), Change order form, a project sizing doc and project task list for use in new projects requiring capital expenditures over $1500 and/or 20 FTE hours.
