SUMMARY OF EDUCATION AND CAREER HISTORY Primary education in Toronto, Ontario. After BA studies, I completed an accounting work/study program, and received the Chartered Accountants designation in 1964. Joined Wm. Eisenberg & Co (one of the top 15 public accountancy firms in Canada), becoming a partner in 1966. Toward the latter period of my tenure there, most of my time was spent advising our larger real estate clients in addition to overseeing more traditional accounting, audit and income tax advisory services provided to various of the firms major clients. In 1987, sold my interest in the Eisenberg practice to my partners, and founded M. Moscoe Consultants Inc., to focus on such broader-based consulting and business activities, and with a greater degree of multi-national involvement.
