Built and developed over 1,100 residential lots, 48,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 23 miles of roadways and all other utilities involved with this process. Estimated, bid and managed the construction of Crooked Creek Golf Club, an 18-hole semi-private golf course from land clearing through opening.
