DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING Charged with the direction of 150 professionals in the development of a 1000 lot sub-division including 750,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space, and a Tom Kite designed golf course.
Supervised the preparation of improvement plans for $150 million of infrastructure and cutting-edge sustainable growth projects. Orchestrated complex negotiations with contractors, agencies and municipal representatives. Directed two teams in the advancement and preservation of entitlements for 1000 lot subdivision.
