I never managed a project I did not finish. I believe in three simple rules. One, time on construction can help you and work against you, keep the project on schedule and the project will stay on budget. Two, focus on the big picture. Keep lines of communication open to all involved. Three, provide detailed understandable direction to all, less chance of last minute surprises. All people are accountable. Remember a construction project is at team effort.
