Accomplishments
1.Fort Sill Army Base, in Lawton, OK. $32 million project; 312,000 sq. ft. of 2 story modular building space. Managed project completion, warranty work and mold remediation procedures. Worked, extensively, with the Army Corp of Engineers throughout project at Fort Sill.
2.Fort MacKay, Alberta, Canada. $10 million project; supervised the building of plant offices for Canadian National Resources Limited; 54 modular buildings to complete one complex.
3.Police Station, in Muleshoe Texas. Half million dollar project, with stucco and brick veneer. Responsible for project from start to finish, and completed at 6% under budget.
Project Management Skills
Plan and direct the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.

Potter Concrete Accomplishments
1.Brought in by the Vice-President specifically to design and resolve issues with complicated foundations, in a premier community of large specialty homes. Successfully developed methods to complete foundations with grottos to eliminate leaks, and completed within established budget.
2.Moved the subdivision status from being behind schedule to being on time with excellent foundations and flatwork.
