Description of Project:Aerial light rail reinforced concrete post-tensioned structure connecting the new BART Station and International Terminal with the rental car and tenant facilities along McDonnell Road. The project consisted of a dual level ART/BART section with 102 bent footings supporting 147 individual columns and over 100,000 cubic yards of structural concrete.

progress schedule review, and progress payment estimate preparation.
Led subcontractor meetings, subcontractor coordination, weekly progress meetings, and architect and engineer coordination.
Monitored materials placement and conformance to specifications and construction quality of subgrade, asphalt, and aggregate base courses.
Processed all general and subcontractor submittals.
Prepared and submitted to designer requests for information (RFI) and requests for change (RFC).
Negotiated change notices and change orders with the construction manager.
