20 plus years in Heavy civil development to include but not limited to highway, city streets, commercial, industrial as well as subdivisions. Acknowledged for job site safety, quality control, supervising team members and subcontractors, scheduling, and controlling expenses; rough cut, sub-grade, first and final course base, prep for asphalt and or concrete. With an overall goal to complete projects on time and under budget; expertise includes excavation, site prep, operations and a finished project.


SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Over twenty years experience in the civil construction industry. Positions include equipment operator, project superintendent, project manager and general superintendent on projects ranging from $100,000.00 to multi-million dollar developments.

Commercial and residential subdivision projects include but not limited to: Arizona Department of Transportation highway and county road construction, residential projects ranging from single subdivision to master planned communities, PGA Golf Course development, Sky Harbor International Airport runway improvements and municipal city parks.

Manage all aspects of projects; Quality Assurance Goals, OSHA, RISK Management, as well as assure on-time and with-in budget completions.

Able to effectively communicate with property owners, developers, subcontractors and crewmembers. Skilled at establishing and maintain excellent rapport.

Recruit, train and supervise crew comprised of skilled equipment operators, skilled and unskilled laborers.

Schedule equipment and crews to meet projected timeline requirements.
