Current work scope includes contract review, submittal processing and review, schedule building, monitoring and reporting, and RFI preparation and submittal. Onsite activities involve supervision of 80-100 men affiliated with associated trade partner organizations including safety policy enforcement, field directives and jobsite logistics. Other responsibilities include daily reporting of all jobsite details, conversations, directives, events, delays, deliveries and trade partner journals.

Supervised Construction of Phase One Westhaven Town Center. Project included
Medical Office Building: Shell construction and build-out of Vanderbilt Medical Center Westhaven. Project value 2.85 million.
Bank Building: Shell construction and 2nd story residential condominium units. Project Value 2.25 million.

Work scope included organization and coordination of employees and trade partners on single-family detached, multi-family and commercial construction projects. Builder representative for municipality and client site inspections. Liaison between architects, engineers, and trade partners for clarification and correction purposes. Plan review and redline prior to and during construction. Complete project scheduling from conception to completion. Onsite supervision for up to 8 to10 residential and 4 to 5 commercial projects at any time. Commercial projects include shell and build-out construction of office suites and light medical.
