August 2007- August 2009 Lead Project Superintendent for Essex Place in Peabody, MA. redevelopment project of 240 2-bedroom units in 20 three story garden style buildings and 46 two story townhouse units a 11 million-dollar redevelopment. Essex Place scope includes 9,000 liner feet of storm drainage, 1640 feet 8 water main with fire hydrants with 1,800 liner feet of sanitary sewer line, also includes all new roofing, siding and windows in all buildings. Ground-up construction including excavation of a new leasing center, maintenance shop and trash-recycle center with landscaping. Interior scope includes all new HVAC change-out, kitchen and vanity cabinets, lighting fixture, switches and outlets, common area electrical panel, carpet, hardware, doors, appliances and much more. Project is scheduled to be completed on February 13, 2009; 14 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. Due diligent on 1043 apartment units and three project sites since the end of February/09 to include scope of work, drawings, sub-contractor quote, class 1 budget, rough schedule.
THE DOUGLAS COMPANY, Orlando, Florida 2006-2007 Lead Project Superintendent Directed construction for multimillion-dollar projects with absolute field authority and accountability. Developed daily activity schedule for up to 80 subcontractors, overseeing planning sequence and successful project culmination.
