This entailed assisting the floor manager with all the operating aspects of retail operations, supervision of approximately 25 employees, assisting with employee work schedules, resolving customer complaints, conducting sales and providing customer service. Filled in for floor manager during his absence and was responsible for opening and closing the store. Filled in at dispatch office in spare time and when needed. Promoted to commercial sales specialist, which entailed selling and providing assistance to building contractors. Completed sales invoices, received and filled phone orders,handled exchanges and set up deliveries.
