Experience with full project life cycle. Responsible for locating development projects and acceptance on bidders lists. Produced project bids and negotiated terms. Checked estimates to ensure accuracy of take-offs. Performed utility take-offs. Developed proposals for both prime and sub-contract projects. Serving as the project manager for multiple projects tracked to ensure all requirements were met; all materials were delivered as needed for installation, managed costs, and developed monthly billing for active projects. Created estimates of the costs for demolition, clearing, erosion controls, earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, site concrete, paving and site amenities for Tolls four state regional Mid-Atlantic Area (Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina) from construction plans to be used by land development managers deciding upon the viability/profitability of purchasing large tracts of property for development.
Worked directly with Civil Engineers during project design and implementation to ensure cost efficiency throughout all facets of site development.
