Summary
I am currently seeking employment due to the fact that the project I was performing on, as Project Coordinator for the Army Corps of Engineers in Doral, FL suffered long-term permitting issues. TRC could not justify having people sit in the Site Office Trailer waiting for permits. TRC was very fair, I was the last person hired. Thusly, the first person out! It is only fair.
I possess management capabilities on a General Contractor - Self-Performing Basis with Construction Management overall experience with Projects completed on Schedule, within Budget.
Very strong leadership qualities. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work very well with customers, architects, engineers as well as with my supervisors and peers. I possess a good ability to anticipate problems to prevent them from occurring.
Experience in all facets of Management including Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and Project Coordinator.
Commercial Construction: Hotels, Restaurants, Casinos, Condominiums, Supermarkets, Tenant Fit-out, Renovations, Universities, Hospital & Medical, Elderly Housing, Residential and Site-Civil Construction.
