Assigned Project Managers for site surveys, reviewed site surveys from Project Managers for project feasibility, CAD design drawings, revenue standards, project goals and approve project budgets, schedules and resource requirements.
Received bids from subcontractors, analyze bids for project timelines and budget direction.
Negotiated bid costs to fall in-line with project budgets, then assigned subcontractors and Project Managers to projects according to negotiations, costs and Regional locations of projects.

Performed CLI and proof of performance testing of cable systems as required by the FCC and FAA.
Was also a strong team player reaching & exceeding budgeted subscriber and revenue goals, year after year. Was appointed as Project Manager over several fiber construction projects, splicing and activation of re-built plant and new built plant. Planed and brought into application all newly purchased properties up to Galaxy standards and tie several systems together with fiber optic cable to increase bandwidth and reliability. Designed using Auto-CAD.
Promoted to Technical Manager and directed Technicians and subcontractors daily work progress and performance. Evaluated Technicians anually for meritorius raises and advancement opportunities. Negotiated new contracts with cities and towns for cable distribution and services.
While with Galaxy earned several special recognition awards. Company downsized due to financial issues.

19841987: Tempo Cable Inc.
Assigned as a CATV Technician / Lineman.
Rebuilt the towns of DeQueen, Murfreesboro, and Horatio Arkansas. Also rebuilt Valliant and Wright City, OK. Drawing and drafting duties of new builds. Supplying a highly professional customer relations
program and maintaining a high standard of customer service and preventative maintenance program. CLI and proof of performance testing included. Cable systems sold to future employer.

19831984: Monroe Business Systems
Assigned as Service Manager and repairman. Repaired, rebuilt and calibration of various office equipment (copiers, calculators, posting machines, computers). Conducted professional on-going customer relations program. Company down sized closed area Office.

19811983: Halliburton Services
Drove 18 wheeler trucks and did oilfield work including rig-up and breakdown tasks. Hazardous duties into the Stimulation Department. Offshore Operations in Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Oil boom drop, Lay-off.

19771981: U. S. Marine Corps
Electronics schools followed by assignment as a bench Technician at the Calibration Laboratory in 29 Palms CA. Rebuilt, repaired and calibrated test instruments and guided missile systems. Several circuits were digital and required repair to the card and chip level. Micro-miniature soldering techniques were used as well as fundamentals of digital logic knowledge. Also over-saw 50 men in 2 barracks buildings as NCO. Honorable discharge.
