The work performed by this division includes the installation of Traffic Signals, Street Lighting and Intelligent Traffic Systems for traffic management (KC Scout System is an example of an ITS).

For the last several years I worked as the Safety Director. Developed and implemented the entire safety program now in place. Investigated all claims and handled self-insured claims. I worked closely with insurance carriers, OSHA and MSHA on loss prevention and loss control. Handled environmental compliance and filings. Set up and maintained DOT account and records. Handled vehicle and fleet safety including Missouri State Safety Inspections. Established IFTA account and handled the monthly filings. I also negotiated property purchases and sales In addition to managing several rental properties.
