Doing repairs of drywall, painting, floor care equipment, refrigeration, air conditioning, restaurant food service equipment, plumbing, carpentry, electrical. Implementing a preventative maintenance program that was not only effect but cost saving. Formulating budgets and scheduling of projects and staying in compliance with OSHA and fire safety guidelines and company safety and health programs.
