Project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule resulting in a $6,000,000 bonus to Bell and Associates. Personally managed the construction of 6 bridges ranging in size from 100 feet long and 40 feet wide to over 1100 feet long and 360 feet wide with individual values from $700,000 to $10,500,000. Bridge 6 included the largest cap built in TDOT history - 72 ft. long, 6 ft. 8 inches wide and 10 ft. tall. Ordered most materials and coordinated dirt, rebar and decking, mill and groove contractors along with handling road closures, traffic control and detours. Project was completed 1 week ahead of schedule. Ordered all materials and coordinated all work done by dirt, electrical, paving, rebar and decking, stripping ,sign, paint, mill and groove contractors and TDOT officials and EPA. Personally managed the construction of the bridge over the Cumberland River.

General Foreman FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN 2 Year $280,000,000 arena construction project. Supervised a crew of 27 involved in ground up concrete work. Formed and poured all columns, walls and inbeds for ice hockey rink, walls/suspended decks, all radius steps, entrances and exits, elevator shafts and parking garage and associated ramps. I ran three 7 men crews along with doing budgeting, scheduling, and conducting safety meetings as well as consulting with the project manager. Bellingham Waster Water Treatment Plant 2 Year $30,000,000 waster water treatment plant project. I was involved with the ground up construction which included the building pipe galleries, sludge tanks, clarifiers, tilt up walls and an administration building. I supervised the millwright workers, pipe fitters, and plumbers and 27 union employees.
