PROJECT; Severstal Corporation, Rouge, Michigan: Coordinate, design and engineer a hot dip galvanizing line. Four (4) million dollar contract with a staff of over thirty (30) engineers.
Jervis B Webb Company, Farmington Hills, Michigan 1994-2008 A leading international material handling company Managed customer scope-of-work documents, mechanical, electrical, software engineering design, material procurement, manufacturing, installation, sub-contractors, budgets, invoicing, de-bug & start up. This included automotive power & free conveyors, automotive guided vehicles (AGV), skid systems, skillet system, ASRS (Automotive Storage Retriever System) baggage handling conveyors.

General Motors Corporation, Spring Hill, Tennessee: Truss reinforcing and conveyor installation. Project required an unparalleled 3.5 month turn around with owner supplying all materials. Chrysler LLC, St. Louis, Missouri: Conveyor, infrastructure systems and install contract. Reduced company exposure by subletting installation to a local installer that resulted in an increase in profits. General Motors, Shreveport Assembly Plant, Louisiana: Paint Shop Buffer System. Unprecedented three month turn around design to start up. Over $13M project. Ford Motor Company, Hermosillo, Mexico: Conveyor and infrastructure systems, a year long project. Reduced travel cost by employing local talent and mentoring them along. USAir, Philadelphia International Airport, Pennsylvania: Baggage handling system. Due to 911 a fast paced design in conjunction with US government criteria. $50M project. Chrysler LLC, Toledo Jeep Plant-Paint Shop, Ohio: Complete conveyor design, manufacture, installation and start up. Reduced costs by moving complete staff to job site. $55M project. Chrysler LLC, Bramalea Assembly Plant, Ontario, Canada: Body shop, conveyor installation. Six months of planning enabled the rebuild of the shop in a record six weeks instead of the typical ten to twelve weeks. Anheuser Busch, Arnold, Missouri: AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) Implemented eight AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles). These unmanned vehicles would retrieve and deliver cans to a loading dock. All implementation of AGVs was done without disrupting a 24/7 production facility.
Broad, Vogt and Conant Inc., River Rouge, Michigan 1986-1994 A medium sized miscellaneous and structural steel company Responsible for coordinating of structural steel detailing, materials procurement, fabrication, shipping, sequencing in materials, steel erection, machinery placement, budget control, invoicing and final acceptance.
PROJECTS; Bethlehem Steel, Burns Harbor, Indiana: Hot dip galvanizing line, structural steel supported furnaces, cooling tower, and machinery placement. LTV Steel, Cleveland, Ohio: Responsible for engineering, fabrication, and erection of three (3) mill buildings, as well as the installation of all machinery associated with the annealing process. National Steel, Ecorse, Michigan: Managed helicopter erection and machinery alignment on continuous pickling line.
