Owner. CCDI, Inc. Kimberling City, MO (1993 to present)
Operations include Commercial, Industrial and Residential Construction, design build projects, at least 60% in-house labor to complete job, contracts completed by either negotiated terms or hard dollar basis. Duties include Administrative Officer of the Corporation, in charge of all bidding, accounting, procurement and quality control items. Also, all safety and fire protection procedures and manuals for client needs on job sites.
Owner Mel Crisp Industrial & Engineering Company: Ponca City, OK(1982 to 1992)
Operations include industrial concrete, piping, structural and architectural design and construction. Work performed on a contract or time and material basis on projects up to 5m+ (Union Company). Duties included direct negotiations with Conoco, Phillips, Koch Oil Companies pertaining to engineering and design, including construction. In charge of bidding, accounting, procurement and quality control items. All safety and fire protection procedures and manuals for client needs on job sites. Projects completed for Conoco, DuPont, Vista Chemical, Cain Chemical, Koch Oil Co., Total Petroleum, Sun Oil, Continental Carbon and Witco, Inc. Sold Company in 1992
Owner Construction Specialties Company, Ponca City, OK (1984-1992).
Operations include complete property management, architectural design, interim financing, concrete, structural and metal building construction on projects up to 5m+ (Non Union Company). Duties included direct negotiations with Continental Carbon, OG&E, Williams Brothers Pipeline, Koch Oil Co., Dupont and Conoco. In charge of all bidding, accounting, procurement and quality control items. Also in charge of all safety and fire protection procedures and manuals for client needs on job sites. Sold Company in 1992.
Owner RIMCO Industrial and Commercial Insulation Company, Ponca City, OK (1988-1992)
Operations included contract and/or time and material, piping, tank and chiller insulation work. (75% owner in this company). Duties included direct negotiations with Continental Carbon, OG&E, Williams Brothers Pipeline, Koch Oil Co. and Conoco, accounting, procurement and quality control items. All safety and fire protection procedures and manuals for client needs on job sites. Sold Company in 1992.
Manager and Job Estimator, Mel Crisp, Sr. Industrial Contractors (1978-1983)
Duties included all job take-off and estimating, field construction coordinator, safety officer, contract administrator and property management developer. Specialized in piping, tank and commercial applications of Urethane foam insulation. Duties included general application supervisor, bidding and administration.
