FACILITIES MANAGER Design and Construction
Manage, advice and implement space planning/stacking plan solutions of 2,000,000 square feet throughout New York City, New Jersey, Long Island and Connecticut offices to senior management. Maintain and advise to senior management adherence to lease agreements and associated requirements for all leased and sub-leased properties. Establish and maintain budgets, schedules and cost savings, submit to management for implementation. Manage and maintain excellent internal and external client relations including but not limited to contractors, vendors and consultants. Manage the implementation/installation of new furniture standards including the submission of furniture bids and the implementation of national contracts. Negotiated substantial purchasing discounts successfully.. Develop, maintain and refine new corporate interior finishes: carpeting, color pallet, lighting, furniture and signage. Oversee the London Facilities Corporate team, manage business/client growth and space requirements. Supervise consultants, vendors, communications/technology, local planning authorities, security and landlord as required.
