Design and Construction

Manage, advice and implement space planning/stacking plan solutions of 2,000,000 square feet throughout New York City, New Jersey, Long Island and Connecticut offices to senior management.
Maintain and advise to senior management adherence to lease agreements and associated requirements for all leased and sub-leased properties.

Oversee the London Facilities Corporate team, manage business/client growth and space requirements. Supervise consultants, vendors, communications/technology, local planning authorities, security and landlord as required.
Extremely knowledgeable in planning IT and MEP infrastructure including cabling layout and specifications, data centers, main frame/rack terminations and cabinet/server planning.
