Project Manager/Fee Developer of an existing 600-acre community. Responsibilities include oversight of new construction, financing for new sections and Municipal Utility District bond sales.

Project Manager/Fee Developer for an award winning 1,120 acre residential land development and golf course (WindRose) in Houston, Texas
