- Managing and directing operations for 71 acres of real estate, 32 buildings and all supporting systems to include OSHA compliance, primary electrical distribution systems, all mechanical systems, Phillips type 3 fuels distribution system, water and waste system, air field parking ramp and roadway maintenance
- Coordinating, developing and implementing 5 year maintenance plan
- Directing development of statements of work, independent government estimates and contract execution
