CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION:
Coordinated final construction matters with General Contractor for bringing newly constructed and/or renovated facilities on-line.
Developed staffing requirements and contract services for new/renovated facilities (HVAC, elevator, janitorial services, waste removal, etc.).
Worked with space planners and contractors for new tenant improvement construction.
Contracted landscape plan and maintenance for multiple business sites.
