WORK HISTORY Salt Cay Devco Ltd Project Manager Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands April 2008 to Present Island resort project in planning phase. Components include: two boutique hotels (40 and 90 keys), 75 villas, 120 slip marina, airport, golf course, renewable energy park. Reported to the CEO. Development of master plan and program in coordination with Design Director. Involved in all aspects of planning a resort project from feasibility studies to financial planning. Accomplished the infrastructure and back-of-house design development plan to include: renewable energy power generation wind turbines, solar panels PV and thermo, reverse osmosis plant, waste-water treatment plant, bio-diesel generators ($85M), staff housing ($18M), roads/infrastructure ($12M), barge dock ($10M), and marina($75M). Total project estimated value was well over $500 million. Resort planned to be managed by Six Senses.
Parrot Cay COMO Shambhala Retreat Development and Senior Project Manager Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos Islands February 2005 to May 2008 Five-star, world-class luxury resort known for its exclusivity and privacy to the whos who of the world. Reported directly to Ownership and executed the entire islands development, planning, and project/construction management. Projects developed and/or completed include: staff housing (80 units-$3.7M), waterfront lot development (10 parcels, 32 acres, $28M), infrastructure installation and enhancements ($8.5M), 2 marinas (Leeward and South Dock - $6.5M), and beachfront estates project ($66M). Total current evaluation of this enterprise is in excess of $300 million. Initiate action plans for development projects from contracts, bids, financing requirements to government approvals. Construction projects ranged from hotel renovation to ground-up construction. Continual management of multiple projects simultaneously, all completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Caicos Cays Developments Financial Analyst Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands 2003 to 2005 A high-end custom vacation home and resort builder, diversifying into land development. Analyzed acquisition and development opportunities by generating a conceptual strategic development plan with foresight into a workable master plan. Produced development budgets, cash flows, and created investment packages for presentation.
Capital Design Group Project Manager Washington, DC 2002 to 2003 A design/build, development and general contracting firm recognized for its luxury high-end projects.
