I have 37 years experience in commercial and residential masonry in every job function including having a masonry contractors license. I am an accomplished Journeyman Bricklayer and have been a project manager with as many as 65 employees on one jobsite. I have training in architectural detailing and for the last 5 years have worked in-house as Estimator and Cost Controller for a contractor that has employed me for 13 years. I am proficient in computer programs including Windows Vista, Microsoft Office Applications and have used Vertigraph and OnScreen OST software, both on digital tables and on-screen with a 30 monitor. My preferred method of bidding is to print digital files and do a manual takeoff. I have experience in commercial and residential fields involving all forms of masonry including Pre-cast concrete trims and veneers.
