Relocated from the UK parent company to introduce financial controls and reporting procedures in the newly-formed residential development business. Systems developed for cash, inventory, budget and sales reporting to the local and UK Boards.
Key Results:
Reporting systems used to control and monitor a successful golf course development in south-east Orange County - producing over 1,000 residential lots to date with 550 sold for over $40 million. Systems also used for the acquisition and development of property on the Butler chain of lakes at Bay Hill - developed 72 lots and sold 55 to date for over $15 million. Development costs to date in excess of $80 million. Detailed cash and costing systems used to control the building of two twelve story condominium towers on Cranes Roost Lake in Altamonte Springs, and monitor the generation of over $10 million sales. Implemented a consolidation of the insurances with total policy premiums in excess of $1 million resulting in savings in excess of $250,000 Monitoring the financial controls of the Home Owner Associations at the three residential locations as operated by their property management companies. Introducing innovative procedures to control costs, limit financial exposure and recover debts.
