Summary
I have been involved in the Commercial and Residential Construction profession for the past 23 years
and hold an active Florida Certified General Contractor's License. For the past 18 years I have focused
mainly as a home builder, townhouses and small commercial. I am a high achiever with strong leadership
skills and communicate positively with employees and subcontractors at all levels of organization. I also
have a strong construction environment, attuned to marketing aspects of business, sensitive to the needs
of customers, committed to providing quality homes and great customer care. I have been involved as the
builder of two (2) Parade of Homes awards in 1987, 1988 and one Aurora Award in 1987. As an
employee for some of the largest builders in the nation, I have received an excellent education on the
mechanics, policies and procedures of the Construction business. I have also become certified with
NAHB as a Green Professional and a member with AIBD as a Professional Residential Home Designer
as well as presently holding an active Florida Real Estate Broker's License in the State of Florida. Even

I presently manage and qualify RDV Homes Corporation as a home builder company in the State of
Florida. I employed 10 people and had direct contact with all departments. Some of my duties included
training for employees, writing a policy manuel, managing marketing and sales and educating myself with
seminars to help make me a better boss. One of the organizations I joined was TEC (a company to train
managers to become better leaders)
Designed and built 6 different "short term vacation models". Avg. build time was 4 month construction
duraration and 32 homes in the subdivision under construction at any given time.
Setting up the accounting system (Master Builder by Sage), safety manual and policy manual for this

I was the Qualifying Agent for Car-Sar Equities, LLC. as short term and custom home builder. My
responsibilities included setting up and running the construction department of 12 employees, overseeing
construction of over 300 homes, budgets and variance reports, safety inspections, closing homes on time
and customer service. The design department and hiring or firing subcontractors fell in my job description.
General Contractor for Calabay Parc Subdivision with 223 homes built.

Cambridge Homes, Orlando, Florida 1998 - 2000
Project Manager
Responsible for running 3 subdivisions in Eastwood and training 4 supervisors. Help set up construction
schedules. Duties included overseeing construction of homes, setting up scheduled walk-thrus with
customers and servicing homes after closing while keeping houses on schedule and budget.
I was responsible for training many of the new supervisors on the east side of Orlando.
Built and closed 200 homes in 1 1/2 years in Eastwood.
Ryland Homes, Orlando, Florida 1992 - 1998

My job included running the day to day operations of building homes. I supervised the construction of
over 400 homes in the Hunter's Creek area and trained new supervisors that were hired at Ryland
Homes. I was placed in subdivisions that were fast moving because I could build good houses quickly.
Normal duties included building homes, walk thrus with customers, customer service, maintaining
budgets, signing invoices.
Top supervisor of the month award many times.
Elected Co-chairman of the 1997 Miracle House for the Mid Florida HBA and Ryland Homes.
Built over 100 houses per year 3 years in a row.
Pulte Homes Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia 1988 - 1992
Project Manager
Responsible for southern counties subdivisions in Virginia for Pulte Homes overseeing 7 supervisors and
10 subdivisions of both residential homes and townhouse projects. Job description included weekly
Sales/ Construction meetings, inspections of subdivisions for safety and problems. Customer service if
needed.
