Various other responsibilities include fiscal management with the underwriting agencies and cost containment of consultants. Accomplishments include completed over 600,000 SF of multi-tenant retail shopping center projects, with a total budget of 95,000,000.00.

I was the designated representative for the Orange County Board of County Commissioners for the development/construction of the Orange County Courthouse Complex. The total development budget was $195,000,000.00 encompassing 1,300,000 SF of buildings. My responsibilities required large staff management, total budget responsibility, interdepartmental coordination tasks, contract administration responsibility for consultants and contractors. This is a high-rise project, which at the time it was developed was the second tallest non-commercial building in the United States.

San Juan, Puerto Rico
Project Management responsibility for the design and development / construction of a $185,000,000.00 airport expansion in San Juan Porto Rico. The project consisted of terminal facilities, baggage handling equipment and facilities, air side gates and FIS facilities. My responsibilities include planning, value engineering analysis, construction management and design management and review.
