Do quantity take-offs for the purpose of pricing options and preparing purchase orders to be sent to various subcontractors for a national home builder. As Architectural Liaison I am responsible for sending clear and concise contract data and information to our architectural department. These job specific prints will be used in bidding, estimating and during the construction process to ensure the home is built according to corporate, divisional and contractual specifications. Day to day interaction with subcontractors in solving problems and providing them with the additional information they require to complete their phase of new home construction.
