Beazer Homes, the Nations 6th largest home building company, had annual gross revenues of over $4 Billion. The Colorado Division operated out of Denver, Colorado and became the State of Colorados 7th largest home building operations with annual revenues of over $240 Million, 620 annual home closings and over 135 employees. My direct duties included P/L responsibility (with over 23 active subdivisions), home building operations, maintained VP of Land responsibilities, Divisions strategic planning & execution, staff/executive team development, business development, product development, pricing strategies, forward planning, customer service, legal matters, joint ventures, office management and representing the company and its operations in Colorado to the public and the media.
