Managed a $7.8 million grant awarded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the implementation of community and supportive services programs at Centennial Place (formerly Techwood Homes). Worked with the General Counsel in preparing service contracts, subgrantee agreements and lease agreements for a wide range of services and programs including job training and placement, education, childcare, and elder care. Supervised thirty (30) employees and worked under the direction of the Executive Director of AHA and the Deputy Executive Director for Resident Initiatives.

Drug Elimination Program Coordinator, May 1995 - December 1995
Managed a $7.2 million grant awarded by HUD for the development of anti-drug and crime strategies for approximately twenty-five (25) AHA communities.
