Situation: Engineer plans stated specs to be used as two structures. I saw foresaw a problem before it became costly. I showed him why the two structures would not work in the area provided and he argued the fact until the scheduled date of installation. I finally got him to come to the site and convinced him to redesign the two structures into one. This could have required downtime and costs exceeding $85,000 Result: The down time was avoided and 85K saved by using one structure to complete the project.

They had the same equipment, the same tools and more laborers. Result: Within 3 months after taking over the project, we were 1 months ahead of schedule.
