Responsibilities included a wide variety of managerial duties, training, construction, heavy equipment operations, site planning, floor plan layouts, home closings, and the supervision of on-site and sub-contracting crews.
WHISPERWOOD1990 to 1997 Project General Manager 342 unit adult community offering clubhouse, heated swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, 9 hole pitch-n-putt golf course, and horseshoe court. Duties included, but were not limited to, all phases of construction, pricing of homes, maintenance, supervising on-site and sub-contracting crews, sales, advertising, site planning, floor plan layouts and ordering, heavy equipment operations, management duties.
