Consulting with Civil Engineer regarding community planning and permitting
Access lanes, street lights, & entrances in compliance with county & state codes.
Reviewing and approving site plans and blueprints
Development and implementation of project budget
Monitor the work of all contractors and provide authorization for payments
Community irrigation design and implementation
Establishing project timelines and meeting target dates
Assisting with sales and marketing plan
Ensuring code and regulation compliance, meeting with appropriate officials

342 unit adult community offering clubhouse, heated swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, 9 hole pitch-n-putt golf course, and horseshoe court.
Duties included, but were not limited to, all phases of construction, pricing of homes, maintenance, supervising on-site and sub-contracting crews, sales, advertising, site planning, floor plan layouts and ordering, heavy equipment operations, management duties.
