Reduced cost over 1.2 Million dollars in a two year period by implementing energy savings programs. Purchased electric and gas on a contract basis, saving over $400,000 per year for an 8 year period. Worked with outside consultants and architects to bring locations into compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act.(ADA) Researched and contracted with contractors for rebuilds, remodels, re-imaging, and general maintenance. Participated in Kitchen and equipment design, procurement and installation. Worked with construction, architects, and designers for 3 new concepts. Acted as Company liaison for various health, building, and government agencies. Reduced maintenance, construction, and remodel cost by implementing better material specifications. Instructed General Managers in maintenance issues at regional and national meetings. Overall responsibilities included 6 direct reports and conducting facilities training for restaurant general managers.
