Job scope included project management, master planning, architectural & engineering oversight, zoning & entitlements, city approvals, tax increment financing initiative, contract negotiations, led ARB / DRC of approved homebuilder, landscape architecture and program development.
The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, Kiawah Island, S.C. (2003 2004) - Project Manager
Team member for a $135 million oceanfront resort hotel which has secured a 5-Star, 5-Diamond rating for multiple years. Project responsibilities included oversight of landscape architecture and landscape / hardscape installation, one of the largest mature tree transplantations in the U.S., outbuildings, swimming pools & facilities, dunes management, coordination with Town of Kiawah & Kiawah ARB and coordination of all building and way finding signage.

Accountable for all aspects of this high volume international business facilitating the U.S. Immigration Services Foreign Investor Visa Pilot Program; a U.S. economic-based citizenship program. Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, Atlanta, GA (1996) -Operations Manager; Athletes Olympic Village
Recruited by a former superior to head and manage a team responsible for the construction, transition, and execution of the Olympic Village Foodservice Operation during the games, consisting of both temporary and permanent facilities. Operated a short-term, high-level $55 million budget with the goal of providing 16,000 + athletes, staff and volunteers with 4 meals daily in one of the worlds most secure environments at that time, which was also the largest peacetime feeding in the world.

Recruited by parent company as the first hire for a new restaurant development concept. Responsible for creating and maintaining a full launch and operational training plan, assembly and management of multiple (traveling) training teams and coordination of all aspects of restaurant launch from permitting and construction finals to hiring, training and management implementation. Successfully executed 12 openings in five states.
